Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with Degenerative lumbar scoliosis; ? Age = 60 years old; ? Scoliosis Cobb angle > 10°, the apical vertebra is between T12-L4; ? Persistent chronic low back pain; ? Complete lumbar anteroposterior and lateral radiographs and lumbar spine CT can be taken in the standing position and lumbar spine MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with other types of scoliosis; ? Lumbar scoliosis caused by spinal tumors, tuberculosis, trauma and other factors; ? Have worn other braces or undergone surgical treatment; ? Have cognitive impairment and are unable to cooperate with the result assessment; ? Severe lumbar scoliosis with intolerable low back pain;
