Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects were selected according to the following criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) Age Range: Subjects were between 13 and 18 years old. (2) Diagnostic Criteria: Subjects should meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), such as depressive mood, loss of interest and pleasure, sleep disturbance, and appetite change. (3) Severity of Depressive Symptoms: The severity of depressive symptoms of the subjects should meet certain clinical criteria, such as reaching the moderate or severe level of depression. (4) Willingness to participate: Subjects and their guardians should express their willingness to participate in the study and comply with the study protocol and requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Serious Mental Illness: Subjects have a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc. (2) Other therapeutic interventions: subjects are receiving other forms of psychotherapy or medication that may interfere with the assessment of the effects of group music therapy. (3) Music therapy experience: the subject has received group music therapy or other music therapies to avoid factors that interfere with the assessment of effectiveness. (4) Serious Physical Illness or Cognitive Impairment: The subject has a serious physical illness or cognitive impairment that interferes with his or her ability to participate in group music therapy.
