Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-85 years old; (2) Biliopancreatic disease requiring enteroscope-assisted ERCP intervention; (3) The patient agrees the informed consent to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 85 years; (2). Severe comorbidities; (3). Acute cholangitis (moderate to severe); (4). Acute stage of acute biliary pancreatitis is a non-convalescent period; (5). Pregnant or lactating women; (6). No stopping anticoagulant; (7). Failed reaching Main papilla of the duodenum.
