Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the definition of high-risk group of lung cancer in the Chinese expert consensus on early diagnosis of lung cancer (2023 version) : age 40-80 years old; Combined with at least one other risk factor, including cumulative smoking =20 pack-years; Long-term exposure to secondhand smoke (at home or indoor workplace, 2 h/d, at least 10 years) or long-term exposure to kitchen fumes; Combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diffuse pulmonary fibrosis or pulmonary tuberculosis; Previous history of malignant tumor; Environmental or occupational exposure (radon, silicon, cadmium, arsenic, beryllium, chromium, nickel, asbestos, diesel fumes, soot, radioactive elements); First-degree relatives (parents, children, siblings) diagnosed with lung cancer; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individual who have been screened for lung cancer in the last 1 year; ?Individual who have mental disorders or are receiving mental health treatment; ?Individual with cognitive impairment, brain injury or brain disease; ? Individual with language communication barriers; ?Individual who are participating in or have participated in shared decision-making research.
