Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Chinese pregnant women 2. Gestational week = 28 weeks 3. Fluent in Mandarin 4. 18 years or above 5. Access to a smartphone Part 2: 1. Pregnant women with a W-DEQ-A score = 85 (severe FOC); 2. Normal cognitive ability, with certain communication and understanding abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. History of mental abnormality. Part 2: 1. Refuse to participate in this study.
