60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 Diabetes; 2. At age of 60 to 79 ; 3. Self-mornitoring of blood glucose (finger stick) and blood pressure (arm) are required at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis; 2. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. The patient can not visit clinic for follow-up as study protocol.
