1:The open skill exercise intervention group received at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity beat exercise.
2:The closing skill group ran at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity.
3:The control group did not receive any intervention, but according to the routine work and rest habits.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Irregular exercise habits in the past year; 2) Subthreshold depression; 3) No history of mental illness, brain injury, nervous system disease, substance abuse and chronic physical disease; 4) Normal color vision and (corrected) vision.

Exclusion criteria: 1) There is a history of mental illness, brain injury, nervous system disease, substance abuse and chronic physical disease; 2) Color vision and (corrected) visual impairment
