Postoperative complications of extubation

Interventions

Control Group:Intravenous injection of 5ml saline before extubation in PACU after surgery
Intervention Group A:Intravenous infusion of 0.5-1µg/kg remifentanil(10µg/mL) combined with 1mg neostigmine(0.5mg/mL) and 0.5mg atropine(0.5mg/mL) before extubation in PACU after surgery
Intervention Group B:Intravenous infusion of 0.5-1µg/kg remifentanil(10µg/mL) before extubation in PACU after surgery
Intervention Group C:Intravenous infusion of1mg neostigmine(0.5mg/mL) and 0.5mg atropine(0.5mg/mL) before extubation in PACU after surgery

1 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perform general anesthesia plan 2. ASA classification: Level I-II 3. Age:<80 years old 4. No history of long-term use of opioid or antipsychotic drugs 5. No history of drug allergy 6. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myasthenia gravis, glaucoma 2. Allergies to various components and opioid drugs of this drug 3. Patient Refusal
