Control group after drink (age= 18 years,= 60 years):Administer 250ml of surgical energy drink orally 2 hours before surgery
Elderly Group after drink(Age = 70 years , <80 years):Administer 250ml of surgical energy drink orally 2 hours before surgery
Super old group after drink (=80 years):Administer 250ml of surgical energy drink orally 2 hours before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA Level I to III (2) Strictly abide by the ASA fasting and forbidden guidelines (minimum 2h for non-residue beverages, 6h for milk and other liquid dairy products, minimum 8h for starchy solid foods, fried, fat and meat foods). (3) Informed consent has been signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gastroesophageal reflux, delayed gastric emptying, or obstruction; (2) Suffering from esophageal, stomach, duodenal bleeding, ulcer, acute perforation and other diseases; (3) Patients with communication difficulties, and patients with poor compliance (4) patients with mental illness, lethargy or substance abuse; (5) serious abnormal function of major organs such as liver and kidney;
