Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1, In line with WHO 1999 diagnosis and classification standards, a clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2, Age =65 years old, gender is not limited; 3, Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia (according to the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group 2019 consensus); 4, In the past 3 months to regulate blood sugar, blood lipid treatment drugs have not changed; 5, Good compliance, willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic diseases; 2. Resistance exercise training in the past 6 months; 3. Patients with hypoglycemia in the past month; 4. Patients with limb functional impairment and cognitive impairment who cannot accept sports and health guidance; 5. Patients with severe renal impairment (CKD3-4 stage); 6. Patients with severe liver function impairment; 7. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation; 8. Patients who were deemed inappropriate by the researchers to participate in the study.
