30° prone position group:During prone ventilation, raise the head of the bed by 30° and move the pressure area every 2 hours
0° prone position group:During prone ventilation, raise the head of the bed by 0° and move the pressure area every 2 hours

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypoxemia after cardiac surgery, i.e. patients with postoperative arterial oxygenation index (OI)=100; (2) Mechanical ventilation =12h has been performed; (3) Prone position ventilation was diagnosed by the doctor, and the duration of each prone position was =12h; (4) Patients or family members were informed and consented to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged 80 years old; (2) The patient has absolute or relative contraindications for prone position such as abdominal or spinal injury; (3) There was already pressure injury and ventilator-associated pneumonia before prone position ventilation
