Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Have the nurse practicing certificate; (2) Clinical work time =1 year in emergency department and critical care department; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; ? Job burnout score: emotional exhaustion score =27 points, depersonalization score =8 points, low personal achievement score =24 points, one of the three dimensions can be reached.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Nurses in emergency department and intensive care department who are not currently working in the hospital due to sick leave, personal leave, maternity leave, etc. ?
