Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Critical illness patients who admitted to ICU at least 18 years old; ? No history of enteral/external nutrition within 1 week prior to admission to ICU or ICU within 1 week; ? Patients with mechanical ventilation and/or severe pneumonia requiring enteral nutrition support for >72 hours;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Refused to join the study; ? The presence of other hypophosphatemia factors: persistent hemodialysis, recent parathyroidectomy, or after hyperphosphatemia treatment;
