Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the 2016 edition of the Chinese Journal of Neurology diagnostic criteria for PD: 2. Must fulfill: motor delay, resting tremor, or myotonia. Assessment of the above symptoms must be standardized according to the UPDRS scale. 3.Clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease: No absolute exclusion criteria. At least 2 supporting criteria. No warning phenomena. 4.Clinically probable Parkinson's disease: No absolute exclusion criteria. If there is a warning phenomenon, it needs to be offset by supporting criteria: If there is 1 warning phenomenon, it must be offset by at least 1 supporting criterion. If there are 2 warning phenomena, it must be offset by at least 2 supporting criteria. If there are more than 2 warning phenomena, the diagnosis is not established.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parkinson's Plus syndrome, secondary Parkinsonism, prior history of cerebrovascular disease, prior history of traumatic brain injury, prior history of encephalitis, history of rheumatoid arthritis, hand and foot trauma, and inflammatory disorders of the hands and feet.
