Inclusion criteria: 1.western diagnostic criteria for septic shock; 2.Sign the informed consent form; 3.Age 18-85 years old;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or mental disorder; 2.Immunodeficiency or use of immunosuppressants or immune enhancers; 3.History of malignancy; 4.HIV-positive; 5.Severe coagulation abnormalities;
