Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with tibial plateau fractures; ? The later treatment adopts open reduction and internal fixation surgery for tibial plateau fractures; ? Admission within 48 hours after injury; ? Not receiving any other treatment before admission for treatment; ? Age = 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Open fractures or obvious abrasions, wounds, eczema, etc. at the fracture site; ? Severe limb swelling with blood sea and blister formation near the Sanyinjiao acupoint; ? Have a history of allergic reactions to oral Chinese medicine or topical patches; ? Severe fascial compartment syndrome in the affected limb;
