Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of functional abdominal distension according to Rome IV guidelines (2016). 2. Age 18-65 3. Have severe malnutrition with a BMI of less than 12kg/m2 4. After acid suppression, prokinetic and other gastroenterology departments full course of treatment, symptoms relief is less than that 30%, the BMI index does not increase. 5. After full treatment with two or more antidepressants, the symptom relief is less than that 30%, BMI does not increase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 2. Patients at serious risk of suicide 3. Alcohol or substance dependence in the previous 12 months, or substance abuse other than nicotine in the previous 6 months 4. Cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction or cardiac arrest), brain organic lesions (such as cerebral hemorrhage, massive cerebral infarction, encephalitis, epilepsy). 5. Accept other clinical studies
