Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with pathologically confirmed esophageal cancer who underwent minimally invasive Mckeown esophagectomy were enrolled 2: The age ranged from 18 to 75 years 3: The patients or primary caregivers were conscious and able to read and write proficiently 4: Understand and agree to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with cervical esophageal cancer requiring concurrent laryngectomy 2: Patients with previous or concurrent hypopharyngeal or laryngeal cancer 3: Patients who had undergone previous laryngeal surgery 4: Patients with swallowing dysfunction caused by previous cerebral infarction 5: Have cognitive impairment or mental illness 6: Complicated with other serious life-threatening diseases 7: Unwillingness to participate in this study
