Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55–75. 2. Preoperative diagnosis meeting criteria for knee joint osteoarthritis. 3. Unilateral and initial total knee arthroplasty. 4. Uniformity in surgical team, procedure, and materials. 5. Normal cognitive function, good understanding, and communication abilities, able to participate in rehabilitation training. 6. Normal or corrected vision and hearing. 7. Informed consent obtained from both patients and their family members, with signed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of surgical procedures affecting lower limb function, such as hip joint or ankle joint surgeries. 2. Occurrence of postoperative complications such as infection, nerve damage, deep vein thrombosis, and others. 3. Patients with severe complications, including lower limb fractures, cardiovascular diseases, or neurological disorders.
