Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with massive rotator cuff tear including subscapular tear; 2. Adult patients (18-70 years old); 3. Pain and dysfunction severely affect daily life; 4. Conservative treatment failed; 5. Hamada grade of rotator cuff joint disease =4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tendon tear can be completely repaired; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes (HBA1c > 7%); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Local or systemic infection exists; 5. Had received local non-vascular interventional therapy; 6. Malnutrition (albumin < 30g/L); 7. Combined with malignant tumor; 8. Combined frozen shoulder; 9. Combined with neurological symptoms; 10. Inability to understand or cooperate with postoperative guidance and rehabilitation; 11. Failure to provide informed consent to research.
