Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; ?Patients diagnosed with stroke according to the "2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke" or the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage"; ?Patients with newly diagnosed cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, or spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage with a time interval between onset and hospital admission =14 days, including those undergoing intravenous thrombolysis, endovascular treatment, carotid endarterectomy, carotid artery stenting, cerebral hemorrhage surgery, and aneurysm surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage and traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. ? Those who are currently participating in other similar research projects.
