Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of hyperlipidaemia acute pancreatitis (2) detection of serum triglyceride within 48 hours of onset, calculated as the onset time of abdominal pain. (3) the patients and their family members were informed and signed the informed consent. (4) Age = 18 years, = 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction before the onset of the disease, acute myocardial infarction, NYHA Heart Function Class III and above, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage, respiratory failure, Child-Pugh liver function class C, creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min; (2) surgical intervention; (3) anticoagulant therapy before onset; (4) contraindication of anticoagulation; (5) pregnancy; (6) malignant tumor;
