Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension and/or diabetes aged 20-80 years in Fuwai Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe acute infection; Severe anemia; Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate less than 60ml/min); Severe cardiac insufficiency; Patients with unstable vital signs; Patients who refused to participate or were unable to cooperate with the trial.
