Interventions

Whole body vibration training group:The whole body vibration training was conducted 3 times a week for 15 min each time. The first intensity was 5 Hz, the vibration was 1 min, and the rest was 1 min.
Vitamin D group:Oral the active drug of vitamin D calcitriol, 0.25 µg, once a day for 4 weeks
Whole body vibration training combined with vitamin D group:Combined treatment of whole body vibration training group and vitamin D group

55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on the age of 55-85 years, the subjects were required to meet the diagnostic criteria of both SP and OP , sign the informed consent to complete this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with fracture or other secondary osteoporosis; Severe hypertension, diabetes, tumor and other chronic diseases; (3) Complicated with serious involvement of heart, liver, kidney and other organs and endocrine and blood system diseases; Patients who have taken vitamin D or anti-osteoporosis drugs for the past 3 months; (5) Participants in other clinical trials during the same period; ? According to the investigators, the patient had other conditions that were not suitable for inclusion.
