18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria; (2) Age 18-60,regardless of gender, right-handed; (3) No other treatment received within the last month; (4) Agreement and signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) People with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental diseases; (3) Taking drugs that may affect the determination of results; (4) Unwilling to join this researcher; (5) No complaints of fatigue; (6) Fatigue symptoms can be relieved after rest; (7) fatigue symptoms do not cause substantial decline in work ability, educational ability, social activities and recreational activities, and personal life ability; (8) Have a definite diagnosis of gastrointestinal organic diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, tumors or other diseases; (9) Pregnant and lactating women; (10) People who are not suitable for MRI, EEG detection and long-term questionnaire stress.
