Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1) Children diagnosed with IBD for the first time, and the diagnosis of IBD conforms to the 2019 "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Children"; 2) Volunteer to participate and fill out an informed consent form. Control group: 1) Children with initial diagnosis of colon polyps and pathological confirmation of juvenile polyps; 2) No history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases or symptoms; 3) Voluntarily participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Test group: 1) Those who have used antifungal drugs or fungal probiotics within the past 2 months; 2) Those who have used drugs related to the treatment of IBD; 3) Those who do not sign the informed consent form.
