Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It met the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2015, and was confirmed by head CT or MRI examination (2)the age was 18-75 years old, and the course of disease was 1-6 months;?The first disease was unilateral limb paralysis, and the Brunnstrom stage of the lower limb was ?-?. ? Sitting balance level 3, can maintain the sitting position for more than 30 minutes;?The vital signs were stable, and the score of the concise mental state Examination scale was > 24 points;?Informed consent of the patient or family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of serious cardiopulmonary diseases, the lesion site in the cerebellum, brain stem, etc.; ? Have a history of seizures or family history of epilepsy; ? Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, unilateral neglect, visual and hearing impairment can not be corrected; (4) Intracranial bleeding tendency, skull defect, intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.; (5) Improved Ashworth score of affected knee joint or ankle joint = grade 3; ? Patients with severe deformities or pain, fractures and bilateral lower limb dysfunction; .
