Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Medical staff: Doctors and nurses engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases in vascular surgery/general surgery, regardless of professional title, gender, or age; Voluntarily participate in the interview after understanding the research background and purpose. 2. Patient: Meets the diagnostic criteria for deep vein thrombosis (central or mixed acute and subacute DVT, or chronic DVT with acute attacks; pulmonary thromboembolism; mesenteric venous thrombosis); Complete catheter contact thrombolysis during hospitalization; Clear awareness, good comprehension, communication, and expression skills; By voluntarily participating in interviews and expressing genuine feelings after understanding the research background and purpose. Part 3: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for deep venous thrombosis and are diagnosed with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. 2.Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. 3.Clear thinking, normal spirit, with a certain ability to understand and express.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Medical staff: Nurses and doctors who are not practicing in the target department, nurses/doctors who go out for further education during interviews, intern nurses, etc. 2. Patient: Contraindications to thrombolysis and anticoagulation, such as bleeding; Combined fractures and other injuries that require emergency surgical treatment; Individuals with other comorbidities such as malignant tumors that significantly affect their daily life; Those who voluntarily participate in interviews but refuse to record them; Those with blurred consciousness. Part 3: 1.Patients with other underlying diseases that lead to decreased quality of life and limb swelling. 2.Patients with life expectancy less than 6 months. 3.Patients with contraindications to the use of thrombolytic drugs. 4.Patients with poor compliance. 5.Patients who cannot be followed up regularly.
