Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Adopt the diagnostic criteria of the fourth edition of "Lumbar Disc Herniation" edited by Hu Yougu, and all of them were confirmed by lumbar spine MRI; ?Between the ages of 20-50 years old, gender is not limited; ?Cooperate with the research of this project, and adhere to the treatment for 2 courses of treatment; ?BMI<24; ?Ability to accept the treatment of this project and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? lumbar spine tumour, slip, tuberculosis, arch root fracture and severe osteoporosis patients; ? huge intervertebral disc herniation or accompanied by symptoms of cauda equina compression or a significant decline in muscle strength, etc.; ? combinations of cardio-cerebral vascular disease, liver, kidneys, and haematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; ? infectious diseases, skin ulcers, skin breakage, or skin creepers; ? leukemia, thrombocytopenia, etc., with a tendency to hemorrhage; ? patients with psychiatric illnesses, who are unable to cooperate with the treatment; ?
