18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age = 18 years old; Staying in the ICU for = 24 hours with stable vital signs; Mechanical ventilation time = 24 hours; Barthel index (BI) = 70 points in the first 2 weeks of ICU check-in.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to contact or refused to participate in this study; Individuals with mental illness; Individuals with severe hearing and language expression impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing this study; Primary neuromuscular disease or existing limb mobility disorders at the time of admission to the ICU; Contraindications to activities such as severe myocardial infarction and spinal fractures.
