18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Chronic pain occurs in the bladder, groin, genitals, lower abdomen, perineum, perianal area and no obvious abnormality is found in urinary tract examination for more than 3 months; 3. NIH-CPSI total score >15 and pain domain score > 4; 4. The white blood cell count of prostatic fluid (expressed prostatic secretion, EPS) is less than 10, and the bacterial culture is negative; 5. Have not received any CP/CPPS-related treatment 2 weeks before treatment; 6. Be able to understand the test content, sign the informed consent form and have the ability to return for regular inspections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders or using anticoagulant drugs; 2. Complications such as prostatic hyperplasia, prostate cancer, urinary calculi, etc.; 3. Combined with systemic or local infectious diseases; 4. Other situations that cannot cooperate with the treatment.
