Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From March 2024 to February 2026, patients with suspected supraclavicular lymph node metastasis in the Lung Cancer Center of, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, who are expected to undergo ultrasound-guided needle biopsy of cervical lymph nodes with abnormal structure or morphology (including suspicious metastatic lymph nodes in other parts such as the armpit if necessary).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with obvious enlarged lymph nodes can be palpated on physical examination; (2) Patients with a single lymph node with a short diameter >1.5cm; (3) Patients with contraindications to needle biopsy (e.g., lack of safe percutaneous puncture pathway, coagulation dysfunction, etc.); (4) Patients with systemic or local acute inflammation that need to be treated; (5) Refusal to participate in the study patients.
