Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) =18 years old, no matter gender (2) Regularly taking/not taking multivitamin tablets (Regularly taking: at least 1 dose per day, at least 4 days per week (according to the dose of the chosen multivitamin brand and for = 3 months)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from immune-related diseases and reduced immune function caused by taking medication; (2) Taking health supplements that may affect immunity, such as proteins and fish oils, within six months; (3) Patients with immunodeficiency or suppression; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, malabsorption and gastrointestinal dysfunction; (6) Persons who have participated in a clinical trial of a drug within 3 months; (7)Those who are mentally challenged, unable to understand the nature, significance and expected consequences of the study, and/or have an uncooperative attitude; (8) Those who started taking Multivitamin Tablets only after the onset of cold/flu/new crown symptoms.
