Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 patients who underwent elective surgery, aged 20-50 years old, with ASA grades I-II and a body mass index of 18.5-23.9 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to Remazolam; (2) Patients with respiratory dysfunction; (3) Patients with preoperative cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function, and electrolyte abnormalities; (4) Patients with obvious arrhythmia indicated by ECG, such as atrial arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias, and conduction block, or QTc interval = 450 ms for males and = 460 ms for females; (5) Take other drugs that affect ventricular repolarization, such as antiarrhythmic drugs, antibiotics, and antidepressants.
