Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Intended to undergo posterior spinal surgery under general anesthesia with an expected blood loss of over 800ml; (2) 18 years old or older and 65 years old or younger; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists Health Status Classification I-III; (4) Body mass index greater than or equal to 18kg/m2 and less than or equal to 30kg/m2; (5) Able to understand the steps and protocol of this study, willing to sign an informed consent form, and able to strictly follow the protocol to complete the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery or cancellation of surgery for various reasons; (2) Combined anterior posterior spinal surgery; (3) Having contraindications to general anesthesia or a history of anesthesia accidents; (4) Allergy to drugs or products that may be involved in this study, such as succinylated gelatin and propofol, or compliance with corresponding contraindications; (5) Preoperative severe cardiovascular disease, including but not limited to uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 110mmHg), aneurysm, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, and a history of myocardial infarction within 6 months; (6) Preoperative concomitant liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) Preoperative concomitant coagulation dysfunction; (8) Before surgery or immediately after anesthesia induction, the hemoglobin concentration is below 100g/L or the hematocrit is below 30%; (9) Postoperative verification showed that the blood loss did not reach 800ml; (10) The researcher determined that there were any other factors that were not suitable for inclusion in the study.
