Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed by CT/MRI; 2. Age range =30 to =70 years old, with no gender limit; 3. Education level of elementary school or above; 4. First onset, with duration of disease being within 1 year, and unilateral hemiplegia; 5. Absence of obvious cognitive impairment, assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): primary school education level > 20 points; middle school education level > 24 points; 6. Unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, as assessed by the short form Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (Fugl-Meyer assessment scale, FMA), upper limb part scores ranging from 0 to 66 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals exhibiting unstable vital signs during the acute phase 2. Individuals with aphasia, hearing impairment, or other conditions that render them unable to communicate normally with others; 3. Individuals suffering from severe bone, joint, or muscle diseases; 4. Patients diagnosed with severe organ diseases or severe mental illness; 5. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging include pacemakers, cardiac stents, claustrophobia, and other factors; 6. Have previously participated or are currently participating in other clinical projects within one month before enrollment.; 7. Contraindications to transcranial alternating current stimulation include cochlear implantation, a history of epilepsy, and metal implants in the body.
