60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 60-85 years; 2. Frail assessed by FRAILScale; 3. irregular participation in health education activities in the past 6 months; 4. no comprehension, hearing, visual impairment; 5. community residents (living for =12 months and continuing to live for the next 6 months) ; 6. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 in acute stage of disease; 2 history of epilepsy; 3 cognitive impairment; 4 severe mental disorders; 5 participating in other intervention trials.
