Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is proposed to retrospectively include patients with NSTEMI who underwent coronary angiography and intervention therapy in our hospital from 2012 to 2020. Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old, male or female; 2. Diagnose non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction according to the Fourth Edition of Global Definition of Myocardial Infarction; 3. The patient received coronary angiography and interventional therapy, and the image quality of coronary angiography was clear, meeting the measurement requirements of caIMR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CABG to the target vessel; 2. The target vessel is severely twisted and overlapped; 3. Poor image quality, unable to identify the vascular contour;
