Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Late stage (locally advanced or metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 2. Age = 60 years old, plan to undergo systematic chemotherapy; 3. The activity ability score of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group is 0-1, and the functional independence score is Barthel Index>90 points; 4. At least one source of social support (family members or friends) who can monitor the safety and compliance of interventions throughout the entire 8-week study period; 5. Able to walk, read, and answer questions without assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe mental disorders, active infectious diseases, unstable heart disease, untreated symptomatic brain or bone metastases that cannot be safely evaluated or intervened, and indications for curative radiotherapy or surgery will be excluded.
