Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Grading I.-III; Age 18-65 years; Patients requiring modified radical resection of breast cancer under general anesthesia; No history of drug allergies; Signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of severe cardiac, cerebrovascular, respiratory, hepatic, or renal disease; Patients with severe, poorly controlled hypertension; Those who are unable to communicate (coma, deep dementia or language disorder); Patients with hyperthyroidism; history of alcohol or opioid abuse; People with severe anxiety and depression; Patients who have been taking sedative, anticonvulsant and other drugs for a long time;
