Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A single anterior canal tooth or premolar with apical pore diameter greater than 1mm with chronic periapical inflammation caused by incomplete development or apical absorption; 2. Lesion diameter 3mm-10mm; 3. People aged 18-50 years with healthy periodontal health; 4. No diabetes and other systemic diseases affecting the healing of apical lesions;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is under 18 years old 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Smokers have more than 10 cigarettes per day 4. Patients with severe periodontitis and poor oral hygiene 5. Multiple adjacent affected teeth suffer from periapical inflammation
