Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: ?T-score = -2.5. ?Age between 18 and 70 years. ?Hemodialysis duration of more than 6 months. ?Willingness to provide informed consent and ability to cooperate throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: ?Presence of concurrent autoimmune, digestive, or cardiovascular diseases. ?Presence of malignant tumors. ?Planned kidney transplantation. ?History of epilepsy/seizures. ?Severe liver dysfunction. ?History of parathyroidectomy. ?Presence of spinal or radial bone deformities or other relevant diseases.
