65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. ASA Level I-III; 3. Patients undergoing hip surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned or emergency surgery; 2. Multiple injuries or fractures; 3. Severe decompensation of cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, liver, and kidney function (acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, respiratory failure, acute cerebral infarction, hepatic failure, and renal failure) 4. A history of mental illness; 5. Inability to communicate due to hearing or speech impairment; 6. There was cognitive dysfunction before surgery
