Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years old, both genders; 2.Preoperative normal function of major organs including heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 3.Preoperative clinical diagnosis of esophageal leiomyoma; 4.Thin-layer CT and endoscopic ultrasound suggest the tumor originates from the esophageal muscle layer and robotic surgery is planned; 5.ECOG performance status score of 0-1; 6.All relevant examinations completed within 28 days before surgery; 7.Patients who can understand the study and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone anti-tumor therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy) before surgery; 2.Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 3.Patients with secondary primary cancer at the time of enrollment; 4.Patients with a history of unilateral thoracotomy; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, or severe emphysema; 7.Uncontrolled active bacterial or fungal infections; 8.Severe mental illness.
