Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25 years old; Gender: Male; Weight 60-70kg; Physical condition: In good health before, no hypertension, diabetes, chronic cough, arrhythmia, hepatitis, tuberculosis and other basic diseases; No history of surgery; No fracture, ligament tear, serious muscle strain; No history of drinking or taking drugs in the past 3 months; Volunteer to participate in the study and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cold, diarrhea, vomiting and other symptoms 15 days before the test; History of allergy to the experimental drug; Liver and kidney function impairment; Chest radiographs and electrocardiograms have any abnormalities; Subjects with pregnancy-related needs.
