Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Met the diagnostic criteria of chronic insomnia in DSM-5. Aged 18-65 years; No serious physical disease; Informed consent; Have language, comprehension, listening and writing skills, and can complete the evaluation of relevant intervention content and relevant scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; With serious physical disease or organic disease; Persons with physical disability and obvious loss of language, cognition and hearing function;
