experiment group NO.1:Use the Sanyrene liquid dressing morning and evening 1 day before surgery, and a foam dressing to protect the skin at the bony process
experiment group NO.2:Use the Sanyrene liquid dressing morning and evening 3 day before surgery, and a foam dressing to protect the skin at the bony process
experiment group NO.3:Use the Sanyrene liquid dressing morning and evening 5 day before surgery, and a foam dressing to protect the skin at the bony process
control group:Sanyrene liquid dressings or foam dressing were not used before surgery

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age=18 years old 2.Patients with a definite diagnosis of malignant tumors of the head and neck 3.Expectes duration of surgery=4 hours 4.No pressure injury occurred, no acute or chronic dermatosis 5. No serious cardiopulmonary disease or diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypersensitivity to liquid and foam dressings 2.Braden<13 on admission 3.It is an inevitable occurrence of pressure ulcers 4.The skin condition cannot be observed 5.After communication, the participants refused to participate in this study
