Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In-service anesthesiologists in China, aged 18-65 years, volunteered to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Anesthesiologists whose average score of Maslburnout Inventory was less than 5; 2) non-anesthesiologists; 3) patients with previous or current mental disorders; 4) memory loss or cognitive impairment; 5) Reject cooperative subjects.
