Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old and above 2.Patients met the diagnostic criteria of ' Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis ( 2019 Edition, Shenyang ) ' 3.All patients used the same CT detection equipment, and the first abdominal CT examination was performed within 48 hours of onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is a history of abdominal surgery 2.Non-AP patients have a history of acute or chronic pancreatitis 3.Non-AP patients with acute abdomen diagnosis is not clear 4.There are other situations that affect the measurement of abdominal fat content and distribution based on CT.
