intervention group:the intervention group will be given a healthy promotion intervention package, it consists of three modules, including a health-belief model-based intervention last for eight weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurse practitioners who have obtained the nurse's license issued by the Ministry of Health, worked for 1 year or more, worked in clinical nursing wards in selected hospitals in Shandong province, and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluding nurses with musculoskeletal disorders caused by non-occupational factors such as spinal diseases, gynecological diseases, tumors, and history of joint musculoskeletal injuries, nurses on leave, and training nurses from the other hospital by self-reported.
